Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.
However, it may take up to 5 weeks if the items you have selected are being made to order (please check dispatch time on the product page).
Please be advised, orders with personalisation can take up to 5 business days for completion.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are a guide from the date of dispatch.
We offer complimentary FedEx delivery. Dispatched orders are normally delivered within 5 working days, between 9am and 6pm.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a FedEx email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives.

Returns & Exchanges
Online purchases
Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 28 days of the order’s arrival, provided they are in perfect condition and with their original packaging and receipt intact.
Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

- Cleaning: To clean your leather goods, use a damp cloth to gently wipe away any dirt or grime. Avoid using water, as it can damage the leather. Instead, use a specialized leather cleaner and conditioner. Apply the cleaner according to the manufacturer's instructions and let it dry completely before using the item again.
