The case is made in England using Globe-Trotter’s signature vulcanised fibreboard, finished in a warm brown tone with burgundy leather corners and polished chrome fittings. Inside, three individual compartments are lined with soft chamel fabric and fitted with cushioned watch inserts. The main structure of the Jewellery Box is crafted from Globe-Trotter’s proprietary Vulcanised Fibreboard, comprising 14 layers of recycled paper, cotton, and wood pulp from sustainable sources. These layers are bonded with zinc and compressed under steam and pressure, resulting in a shell that is exceptionally lightweight, strong, and exclusive to Globe-Trotter. This material is chosen for its unmatched durability and its refined, iconic appearance.
Vegetable-Tanned Leather
All leather elements, including the hand-moulded corners, trims, handles and fastening details, are made from vegetable-tanned hide. This traditional tanning method uses only natural plant extracts to create leather of exceptional strength and character. Over time, it develops a rich patina, ensuring that every case becomes ever more individual with each journey.

The top handle is made from reinforced, vegetable-tanned leather, bonded, pressed, and hand-finished to deliver comfort and durability.
