Delivery & Returns
International shipping is complimentary for all online orders including all import duties and taxes.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.
However, it may take up to 5 weeks if the items you have selected are being made to order (please check dispatch time on the product page).
Please be advised, orders with personalisation can take up to 5 business days for completion.
Estimated delivery times are a guide from the date of dispatch.
We offer complimentary FedEx delivery. Dispatched orders are normally delivered within 5 working days, between 9am and 6pm.
If you require an item to be delivered to you sooner, please contact the store at email@example.com or +1 (323) 693-7950 before placing your order, and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a FedEx email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives.
Import duties and taxes are included in your total to make international shipping easier.
Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 28 days of the order’s arrival, provided they are in perfect condition and with their original packaging and receipt intact.
Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

Bespoke and personalised items
Please note that items that have been personalised or made to order (Bespoke) can be neither exchanged nor refunded.
