The outer shell of the Poker Box is made from Globe-Trotter’s proprietary Vulcanised Fibreboard. This material is composed of 14 layers of recycled paper, cotton, and wood pulp from sustainable sources, bonded with zinc and compressed under steam and pressure. The result is a case that is exceptionally lightweight, resilient, and instantly recognisable for its unique texture and structural strength.
Vegetable-Tanned Leather
All leather elements, including the hand-moulded corners, trims, handles and fastening details, are made from vegetable-tanned hide. This traditional tanning method uses only natural plant extracts to create leather of exceptional strength and character.
