We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.

We offer complimentary FedEx delivery. Dispatched orders are normally delivered within 5 working days, between 9am and 6pm.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a FedEx email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives.
Import duties and taxes are included in your total to make international shipping easier.
Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 28 days of the order’s arrival, provided they are in perfect condition and with their original packaging and receipt intact.
Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

14 layers of recycled paper bonded with zinc creates our famous Vulcanised Fibreboard. Built to last, it’s a unique material tougher than leather and lighter than aluminium.
The iconic leather corners of our cases take five days to craft and complete. And are moulded using time-honoured machinery for optimum strength and form.
It’s quite fitting that our durable handles are made entirely by hand. With the core materials bonded together for 48 hours before construction even begins.
Each case is truly one of a kind, individualised with its own unique serial number. Find it on a metal plaque inside your case, and use it to track your movements around the globe.
The inside of your case is an ode to your individual character. Durable and water resistant, the luxurious inner lining is meticulously crafted and can stay suited to the bag or customised to feel individual to you.
Each case comes with carbon steel locks so you can travel with peace of mind. Turn to a North-South position to unlock and East-West to lock.

Every Globe-Trotter suitcase and leather item comes with a five-year warranty, which is active from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials or workmanship.

Cleaning your Globe-Trotter case
When cleaning the exterior of vulcanised fibreboard, you may use a soft pencil eraser to remove any marks. A soft cloth may also be used when moistened with a neutral detergent. Please take care to choose an appropriate cleaning fluid so as not to discolour the case exterior. Strong detergents or abrasive products are not recommended. Pre-testing on a small area is recommended before using any cleaning products on the entire surface of the suitcase.
Storing your Globe-Trotter case
As with all suitcases, Globe-Trotter cases are best stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. You should not store your Globe-Trotter where it could be exposed to direct sunlight, high temperatures or damp. Doing so may affect the shape and/or the paint finish. Please ensure that the case is not crammed into a space where deformation may occur and keep away from any objects made of plastic or vinyl that could deform at high temperatures. Doing so may cause damage to your suitcase as such objects could break down when exposed to heat and adhere to your suitcase.
