Heavyweight Cotton Canvas

The Explorer Tote and Pochette are crafted from a heavyweight cotton canvas, selected for its strength, structure, and natural texture. The material is woven tightly for durability yet retains a soft, tactile hand feel. Its natural weight allows the bags to hold shape while remaining comfortably lightweight, ideal for daily use or weekend adventures.

Vegetable-Tanned Leather Trim

Each piece is finished with smooth vegetable-tanned leather detailing, including the handles, base trim, and closure tabs. This leather is sourced from ethical tanneries that use traditional, chemical-free processes. Over time, it develops a rich patina, enhancing the bag’s character with every journey.

Protective Base and Corners

Reinforced leather corners and a structured base offer added protection and longevity, echoing the iconic detailing found in Globe-Trotter’s heritage luggage designs.

Natural Cotton Lining

The interior is lined with natural cotton twill or canvas, offering a soft yet durable foundation for your belongings. Inside, you’ll find minimal compartments for considered organisation, keeping essentials secure and close at hand.

Brass Hardware

The zip and fastening hardware are crafted from solid brass, chosen for its durability and quiet luxury finish. Depending on the colourway, hardware is treated with a brushed or polished finish to complement the overall tone of the piece.
