The body is constructed from Globe-Trotter’s signature vulcanised fibreboard in a rich brown finish, trimmed with natural leather corners, a structured handle, and an adjustable shoulder strap. The vegetable-tanned leather begins in a soft blush and deepens into a warm caramel patina with age. Gold-tone fittings provide a final note of heritage charm and understated luxury.

Vulcanised Fibreboard
The main structure is made from Globe-Trotter’s proprietary Vulcanised Fibreboard, comprising 14 layers of recycled paper, cotton, and wood pulp from sustainable sources. Bonded with zinc and compressed with steam and pressure, this material is chosen for its exceptional lightness, strength, and distinctive character. It offers lasting protection and a refined finish unique to Globe-Trotter.
Vegetable-Tanned Leather
All leather elements, including the hand-moulded corners, trims, handles and fastening details, are made from vegetable-tanned hide. This traditional tanning method uses only natural plant extracts to create leather of exceptional strength and character. Over time, it develops a rich patina, ensuring that every case becomes ever more individual with each journey.

Handles and Strap
Both the top handle and the crossbody strap are made from reinforced vegetable-tanned leather, carefully bonded and hand-finished for comfort and longevity.

Locks and Hardware
